The service

Passito lets businesses create and run digital loyalty programs in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. By creating an account you accept these terms.

Business accounts

New accounts go through a review before they are activated. You are responsible for the accuracy of your business details and for how your staff uses the platform.

Acceptable use

Passito may not be used to send misleading communications, to handle customer data without their consent, or for illegal activities. We can suspend accounts that break these conditions.

Your customers' data

The data of your program's customers belongs to you as the controller; Passito processes it only to run the service, in line with the privacy policy.

Availability

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
